THE ABAC STUDENT HEALTH CENTER

    The ABAC Student Health Center is an outpatient clinic operated by the Division of Nursing & Health Services. The aim of the Health Center is to help students develop and maintain the good health and well-being necessary for success in college. This goal is achieved by offering high-quality, accessible medical and nursing care at low cost. Additionally, the staff of the Health Center encourages students to adopt positive, lifelong healthy behaviors through individual, class room and campus-wide educational activities.

    LOCATION
    The ABAC Student Health Center is located in the Health Sciences Building next to the Chapel. The Health Center entrance is at the rear of the building.


    HOURS OF OPERATION
    Monday-Thursday 9:00 A.M. - 4:30 PM. Friday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

    A nurse is in the Health Center during the hours of operation.

    A physician is in the Health Center on Mondays and Thursdays at 1 PM.

    If you need to see the physician, please come by the Health Center by 11 AM to have your chart pulled and your vital signs (temperature and blood pressure) taken.

    The Health Center is closed on official university holidays. The Health Center is open for administrative purposes during semester breaks, but students are not treated during these breaks.
