Accounting Sales Auditor:

Audits and reports on cashier overages and shortages and produces daily reports of admissions and revenue by business unit.

            Admissions Team Lead:

The Customer Service Representative Admissions Team Lead is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Parking Tolls, General Admission, Season Pass, and Guest Services Ticket operations.  The Admissions Team Lead should have park knowledge and be able to assist Guests in answering questions.  Professionalism, outwardly friendly nature, and a positive attitude must be displayed at all times.   

·         Minimum age of 18

Aquatics Team Lead:

The Aquatics Team Lead will assist with the responsibility of the safe and efficient operation of the Pools, Attractions, and Lifeguards at Splash Island Water Park, Valdosta, GA. This will include successful communication with Guests and Team Members in both positive and stressful situations.  Professionalism and a positive attitude must be displayed at all times.

·         Must be at least 16 years of age

 Amusement Team Member:

Amusement Team Members will achieve game sales through communication to guests in a clean environment and effectively meet Wild Adventure sales standards.

Aquatics Area Supervisor:

The Aquatics Area Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Lifeguard Program and Aquatics Operation at Splash Island Water Park, Valdosta, GA. This will include successful communication with Guests and Team Members in both positive and stressful situations.  Professionalism and a positive attitude must be displayed at all times.

·         Minimum age of 19 due to licensing requirements

·         Position is SEASONAL

Attractions Team Member:   

Attractions Team Members are trained ride operators who are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of attractions.  Communication of ride rules, safety rules, and crowd control are included in daily job functions.  Attractions Team Members work outdoors in all weather conditions and often perform physically demanding tasks.

Attractions Team Lead:

The Attractions Team Lead will assist with the responsibility of the safe and efficient operation of the Attractions Program and Team Member Leadership at Wild Adventures, Valdosta, GA.  This will include successful communication with Guests and Team Members in both positive and stressful situations.  Professionalism and a positive attitude must be displayed at all times.

 Attractions Area Supervisor:

The Attractions Area Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Attractions Program within area of responsibility at Wild Adventures Theme Park, Valdosta, GA. Attractions & Aquatics Operations Supervisor:

The Attractions & Aquatics Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Attractions & Aquatics Departments at Wild Adventures & Splash Island Water Park, Valdosta, GA. This will include successful communication with Guests and Team Members in both positive and stressful situations.  Professionalism and a positive attitude must be displayed at all times.

Attractions & Imaging Area Supervisor:

The Attractions & Imaging Area Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Attractions Program within area of responsibility and the Imaging Program at Wild Adventures Theme Park, Valdosta, GA. He/She will also operate the Attractions, Aquatics, Guest Services, & Imaging Department’s Labor/Casual Pool.  This will include successful communication with Guests and Team Members in both positive and stressful situations.  Professionalism and a positive attitude must be displayed at all times.

·         Must be at least 18 years of age

Call Center Team Member:

Call Center Team Members are responsible for answering all incoming calls for Wild Adventures.

Food Service Team Lead:

Food Service Team Leads will manage of all aspects of daily operation for an assigned food location.    

·         Must be at least 18 years of age

Front Gate Team Lead:

The Customer Service Representative Front Gate Team Lead is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Parking and Turnstile operations.  The Front Gate Team Lead should have park knowledge and be able to assist Guests in answering questions.  Professionalism, outwardly friendly nature, and a positive attitude must be displayed at all times.

Guest Guide:

Maintain a clean and healthy environment for Guests and Team Members at Wild Adventures, Valdosta, GA.  This position is responsible for cleanliness of areas in both guest view and back areas while providing excellent Guest Service throughout the park.

Guest Services Area Supervisor:

The Guest Services Area Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient operation the Guest Services Department.  This will include successful communication with Guests and Team Members in both positive and stressful situations.  Professionalism, outwardly friendly nature, and a positive attitude must be displayed at all times.

Human Resources Assistant:

The Human Resources Assistant will provides administrative support to the Human Resources staff and including preparation of correspondence, memos, reports, data entry and duties related to the position.   Position requires a team player in support of the best interest of the company which may include working within various departments in the parks, Guest Service skills a priority.

·         Must be at least 18 years of age

Human Resources Intern:

The Human Resources Intern will assist the HR Director and HR Manager with daily office operations. Interns will attend and assist with job fairs and orientations, update and maintain personnel files, respond to employees and applicant inquires, track, log, and sort resumes/applications and perform other projects as assigned.  

·         Must be currently enrolled in a college or university, or recent graduate

Imaging Team Lead:

The Imaging Team lead is responsible in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for Guests and Team Members at Splash Island Water Park, Valdosta, GA.  This will include successful communication with Guests and Team Members in both positive and stressful situations.  Professionalism and positive attitude must be displayed at all times. 

·         Must be at least 18 years of age

Lifeguard:

The Lifeguard Team Member is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Pools and Attractions, at Splash Island Water Park, Valdosta, GA. This will include successful communication of safety rules with Guests and Team Members in both positive and stressful situations.  Professionalism and a positive attitude must be displayed at all times.  Scanning and maintaining 10-20, Rescue Readiness, First Aid, and crowd control are all basic daily functions.  Working outdoors in all weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks are essential.

Merchandise Team Member:

The Merchandise Team member’s mission is to create memories by providing quality family entertainment and affordable safe, clean, friendly and educational environment. Team members must be proficient in four roles that they will play; Greeter, Sales, Merchandiser, and Cashier.

·         Must be at least 16 years of age

Merchandise & Games Team Lead:

The Merchandise & Games Team Lead will achieve Wild Adventures sales standard, by training team members in customer service, operations, loss prevention and visual merchandising in clean unique store settings.

·         Must be at least 18 years of age

Merchandise & Games Area Supervisor:

The Merchandise & Games Area Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of merchandise and game locations to achieve improved profits through increasing sales volume, as well as proper operational and loss prevention procedures for each location. Responsible for training and developing team members. Responsible to ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and directives.

·         Must be at least 18 years of age

Safety EMT: 

The EMT will provide Basic Life Support and First Aid to Team Members and Guests and enforce Herschend Family Entertainment safety procedures.

Security Team Member:

The Security Officer will ensure guest and employee safety through out the park.  Professional handling of a variety of situations is critical in this position.  Officers will have extensive interaction with park Guests and Team Members on a daily basis.
